Description:
Two young people, Allie (Rachel McAdams) and Noah (Ryan Gosling), meet during their teenage years. What begins as a fiery romance gradually deepens into something more profound, but their growing love is torn apart by Allie’s wealthy parents, who believe Noah isn't good enough for their daughter. Years later, when they meet again, the passion between them is reignited, and Allie must decide whether to follow her heart or her head. This beautiful love story holds a special meaning for an aging man (James Garner) who reads it regularly to his elderly companion (Gena Rowlands).
