Xander Cage (Vin Diesel), also known as xXx, is alive. But that's not the most important news. The main thing is that he's back in perfect form and ready to use his fancy but mostly perfect adrenaline stunts and tricks to beat the crap out of all the biggest creeps in the world.
Now it's the turn of the bad guys, who have taken possession of a secret device called Pandora's Box, with which they are able to drop your chosen military satellite directly on your head from orbit. With an accuracy of one metre. Give or take. It's not as if a several-ton satellite is gonna be a meter. Since the official government agencies can't handle it, it's time for Xander Cage to assemble a team of lunatics as close to him as possible, who don't worry about service procedures or the legality of their chosen means.
Or never. The only order they're willing to at least listen to is "Kick their ass..." Fortunately, Xander and his crew are mostly on the right side of humanity, and they can ski in the rainforest, surf on a motorcycle, fight in zero gravity, or take down a falling satellite with a transport plane...
