The loose sequel to the successful film, which starred superpowered cars and illegal street racing in specially modified cars, this time takes us to Miami. Former police officer Brian O'Connor has failed in his latest case. While he feels like a victim, he knows he must pay for his transgression. That's why he left Los Angeles and sees his new case as his last chance.
The main suspect this time is a wealthy businessman who, most likely under the guise of export and import activities, is laundering money for an international cartel. For more than a year, he has been followed by customs and police, but the only result is the discovery that Carter Verone has lively contacts with the organisers of adrenaline car races. So it's all up to Brian, who has nothing left to lose.
