Description:
New Year's Eve party on the Poseidon. Happy passengers raise their glasses to toast the future. It arrives in a split second in the form of a giant wave that capsizes the ship and the desperate struggle for survival begins. Director Wolfgang Petersen (The Perfect Storm, Troy, Outbreak) returns to the sea in this thrilling, suspenseful adaptation of Paul Gallico's novel The Poseidon Adventure. Josh Lucas, Kurt Russell, Richard Dreyfuss and Emmy Rossum portray passengers who must rely 100% on each other to find their way to safety through water, flames and the wreckage of a world turned upside down...
