When Chicago musicians Joe (Tony Curtis) and Jerry (Jack Lemmon) accidentally witness a mob shootout, they quickly board a train and head to Florida disguised as Josephine and Daphne, two new members of a girl jazz band. Their camouflage is perfect at first. But then "Josephine" falls for a disgraced singer (Marilyn Monroe), an over-aged playboy (Joe. E. Brown) falls for "Dafne's" charms, and a mob boss (George Raft) sees through their con!
