THE MATRIX (1999)
Imagine that your reality is only an illusion and your darkest nightmares are in fact true. Imagine that your present is actually the past and the future is happening right now. If you can picture that, then you will feel like the hero of The Matrix, Thomas Anderson (Keanu Reeves). And believe it won’t be a pleasant feeling. Anderson is an ordinary young man trying to survive the daily rush of a modern metropolis. He seems to have everything going for him: good friends, a loving family, and a promising job at the multinational computer company Meta Cortech. But one night, a terrifying nightmare sinks its teeth into his otherwise content mind. He dreams that he has been unwillingly inserted into a computer as data and that everything he has considered his destiny is merely a swirl of information flowing around a few printed circuits. He feels his mind has been stolen and imprisoned inside a giant Matrix computer of the future. He begins to seriously doubt his everyday reality. Was he really plugged into a machine? Who is responsible? Are the hundreds of people he knows trapped there with him? Or are they just projections designed to maintain the illusion of reality? And then there is the most important question: if all of this is true, what will happen when his captors discover that he knows?
THE MATRIX RELOADED (2003)

They must penetrate deep into the structures of the Matrix and within 72 hours locate and eliminate the source threatening Zion along with its defenses. As if that were not enough, Neo knows from his dark visions that Trinity’s fate is death. Yet Neo has defied fate once before...
THE MATRIX REVOLUTIONS (2003)
