The ultimate wartime heist behind enemy lines

Demoted ex-lieutenant Kelly (Clint Eastwood) captures a German intelligence officer and discovers a multi-million dollar secret: a bank located thirty miles behind enemy lines in French territory holds 16 million dollars in solid gold bars. Determined to claim the fortune for themselves, Kelly recruits a colorful crew of misfits—including cynical Sergeant Big Joe (Telly Savalas), greedy supply sergeant Crapgame (Don Rickles), and hippie Sherman tank commander Oddball (Donald Sutherland).
