Arnold Schwarzenegger shines in this gripping action blockbuster, now presented in its best form for the 35th anniversary on 4K UHD with HDR-10 and Dolby Vision. Set in a dystopian Los Angeles of 2019—a city turned into a police state after a global economic collapse—The Running Man is the most popular reality show, where convicted criminals are given a chance at freedom... if they can survive a deadly gauntlet filled with heavily armed killers known as “Stalkers.”
When a former police officer (Schwarzenegger) is wrongly convicted of a violent crime, he is forced to enter the competition alongside other prisoners. THE RUNNING MAN features a memorable supporting cast including Yaphet Kotto, Maria Conchita Alonso, Jim Brown, Jesse Ventura, Toru Tanaka, Mick Fleetwood, Dweezil Zappa, and Richard Dawson.
